TERMS OF SERVICE — MEDSEE NURSING
Welcome to MEDsee Nursing ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading our app, enrolling in our online portal, or purchasing any course, test series, or physical books, you ("User", "Student") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Educational Services
MEDsee Nursing provides competitive nursing exam preparation resources, including but not limited to AIIMS-NORCET online packs, test series, video lectures, live sessions, PDF notes, and dispatched physical study books.
2. Binding Electronic Agreement
Under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, initiating a payment, creating an account, or subscribing to any package on MEDsee Nursing constitutes a valid, legally binding electronic contract between you and MEDsee Nursing.
3. Single-User Account & Device Restrictions
Strict Confidentiality: Account credentials (ID and Password) are issued solely for individual use.
Multi-Device / Account Sharing Ban: Sharing account access, credentials, or video streams with unauthorized third parties or across multiple devices is strictly forbidden.
Automated Security Action: Our system monitors concurrent log-ins. Detection of credential sharing or suspicious activity will result in immediate account suspension without a refund.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection
All digital content—including recorded lectures, question banks, rationales, test series, and PDFs—along with physical dispatched study books, are the exclusive Intellectual Property of MEDsee Nursing.
Anti-Piracy Rules: Screen-recording, copying, downloading for unauthorized distribution, printing for commercial use, or sharing course material on Telegram, WhatsApp, drive links, or social media violates the Copyright Act, 1957. MEDsee Nursing reserves the right to terminate accounts and initiate civil and criminal legal action against offenders.
5. Service Availability & Disclaimer
We strive to keep our portal running smoothly, but access may occasionally be interrupted for scheduled server maintenance or platform updates. MEDsee Nursing provides preparation resources but does not guarantee specific exam ranks or selection outcomes in competitive examinations.
Coupon & Promotional Offers:
All promotional coupons, discount codes, and special offers must be applied by the user during the checkout process before completing the payment.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the applicable coupon or promotional offer has been successfully applied before confirming the payment.
By completing the payment, the user confirms that they have verified and accepted the final payable amount displayed on the payment page.
Medsee Nursing shall not be responsible for any coupon or promotional discount that was not applied due to user oversight, omission, or failure to use the available offer.
Coupons, promotional discounts, or special offers cannot be applied retrospectively after a successful payment.
Cancellation & No-Refund Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY — MEDSEE NURSING
At MEDsee Nursing, we maintain complete transparency regarding our digital content access and physical material dispatches. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing or completing a transaction.
1. Strict No-Refund Policy for Digital Content
Instant Activation: Upon successful payment, students gain immediate, full access to digital assets, test series, question banks, and video lectures.
No Partial or Pro-Rata Refunds: Because digital access and educational resources are delivered immediately upon enrollment, all payments are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer full, partial, or pro-rata refunds for unused subscription periods or change of mind after purchase.
2. Physical Study Books & Printed Notes
Irreversible Dispatch: Physical study books and printed materials sent upon enrollment contain proprietary intellectual property.
Non-Returnable: Once physical books or notes have been dispatched or delivered, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances
3. Coupon-Related Requests:
Requests for cancellation, refund, or price adjustment due to failure to apply a coupon or promotional discount during checkout will not be accepted.
No full or partial refund, credit, cashback, or reimbursement will be provided for discounts that were not applied before the payment was successfully completed.
Coupon-related refund or cancellation requests are not eligible under the Medsee Nursing Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Any refund request submitted solely on the basis of a missed coupon or promotional offer shall be declined in accordance with this policy.
4. Exceptions (Payment Gateway Errors Only)
A refund request will only be evaluated in cases of technical payment gateway errors:
Duplicate Charges: If a student is charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway glitch, the extra amount will be refunded upon verification.
How to Claim: You must email our official support team at student.care@medseenursing.com within 48 hours of the transaction, providing payment receipts and transaction IDs. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
